NEW 2011 CLASSES — Primitive Rug Hooking Classes with Kris Miller
Classes run for 3 sessions, 4 hours per session

CLASS 1: Saturday January 15, January 22 and January 29, 2011 • 11 am to 3 pm
or
CLASS 2: Saturday February 19, February 26 and March 5, 2011 • 11 am to 3 pm

A third class may be scheduled for later in the spring. Please contact me if you are interested.

I am also available during weekdays. Other class days/times are available upon request. Please contact me to work out a schedule that suits you. Invite your friends and I will schedule a special group!

Rug hooking classes are offered for any level of experience…or no experience at all!  I teach primitive rug hooking (wide cuts-#6 or larger) with an emphasis on textured wool. This is an open class-you may bring any primitive pattern to work on or purchase one of mine.

Please bring a rug hooking frame if you have one, or a 14" quilting hoop that is at least 1" wide, and a pair of scissors. If you do not have a frame or a hoop, please notify me at least 2 weeks in advance so that I can set one aside for you to purchase. I will have patterns, wool and other supplies available for sale during each class session.

Minimum of 4 students, maximum of 8 per class. Class fee is $65.00 for 3 weeks of instruction, 4 hours per class. A $25.00 deposit is required by January 8, 2011 to hold your spot for the first session. The balance of the class fee ($40.00) is due at the first class. No refunds for missed classes, however classes that are cancelled due to bad weather will be rescheduled for a future date to compensate for the missed class. Class fee does not include materials or supplies. VISA and MasterCard accepted!

To sign up, or for more information, please contact me, Kris Miller at (517) 546-7732 or e-mail kris@spruceridgestudios.com
